Tahosa Lodge OA - Polestar Training

We are excited to invite you to participate in Polestar: Induction Leadership Training, a crucial opportunity to deepen your understanding of the Order of the Arrow’s (OA) Induction process and its vital role in Scouting.
The Polestar training is designed to clarify the service the OA provides to Scouting and how the Induction journey—from unit elections to the Brotherhood ceremony—helps achieve this purpose. By improving our execution of the Induction, we strengthen membership activation and retention, ensuring a thriving and engaged lodge.
This engaging training includes video presentations, group discussions, and interactive workshops using the Participant Workbook (provided) and table guides to help participants deepen their understanding.
