NRA INSTRUCTORS/RSO’s and Senior Event Staff will use this signup for Shootzenfest, Scouting Colorado’s premier Range Sports Outing, held at Camp Cris Dobbins at MSR at PV. from Friday - Sunday, April 24 - 26, 2026

COST: $20 (The cost is set to cover the food and camping fees). Registration will close on 4/21/2026.

We will need people to arrive early Friday April 24th to set up ranges, collect firearms and ammo, unload food for bistro, set the dining hall, and be ready for registration and traffic control to open on time (to name but a few needs).

NOTE: Shootzenfest Instructors and RSO’s will have all day range assignments for Saturday as well as assignments for Sunday AM (where available)

We will also need people on Sunday April 26th to clean kitchen, clean dining hall and restrooms, tear down ranges, clean firearms, store equipment, and clean camp areas after the Shootzenfest event.

All instructors and senior staff must check in with all the required paperwork before entering the range/camping areas. This paperwork consists of a printed and signed Scouting Colorado Range Sports event waiver, current Scouting America Health Form parts A & B, and printed proof of valid YPT or S.A.F.E. Guarding Youth training.

We will have a staff meeting Friday Night at 9:00 PM for senior event staff, range leads, and all other instructors and RSO’s to review range assignments, additional event details, and level set expectations. Any range staff arriving Saturday AM will be briefed on site.

Meals are included all day Saturday and Sunday through lunch (Early arriving Staff will be fed Friday night also). Otherwise, you must take care of your own dinner on Friday night.
