Placer District Summer Cub Campout 2026

Cub Scouts and their families are invited to an incredible Wild West adventure at Donner Mine Camp off I-80 near Emigrant Gap. The 4-day 3-night event is what cub scouting is all about. Enjoy the great outdoors, learn new skills, but most importantly have fun.
Registration is open now! To be guaranteed one of the coolest patches ever, be one of the first 100 participants to register. Participants will receive a patch on a first come (registered) basis until they are gone. So, register early to make sure you don’t miss out. Registration closes July 15th or when full.
Fees are:
Cub Scouts: $125
Siblings ages 4 and up: $125
Siblings ages 3 and under: Free
Adults: $75

Meals: We are excited to have meals provided this year! Starting with dinner on Thursday night to Breakfast on Sunday morning. All you need to bring is a mess kit (plate, bowl, mug, cup, and silverware). There will be a cleaning station for everyone to wash their own dishes after every meal.
Leader/Parent meeting July 19th - 4PM
There will be a Zoom meeting to share details and answer any last minute questions before the Summer Cub Campout. The Link will be emailed to all emails collected in the registration process. All Packs/Families should have a representative attend this virtual meeting.
