INTRODUCTION TO OUTDOOR LEADERSHIP SKILLS (IOLS)
Welcome to IOLS training!
Announcement: Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) is mandatory for Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters to ensure Scouts have trained leaders. Valencia and Canyons Districts are offering an IOLS program to provide adult leaders with the basic outdoor skills, enabling them to plan and conduct safe and enjoyable camping events. Upon completion, leaders should feel comfortable teaching Scouts the basic skills required to obtain the First Class rank. This is an overnight event.
