Fish and Wildlife Management Merit Badge PM (Ages 11 to 17)
Learn about the meaning and purposes of fish and wildlife conservation and management. There are problems that threaten our natural resources, participants will explore and learn ways to become good stewards of our environment. Dissect fish and examine the contents in the stomach, dissect an owl packet and investigate an owl's diet. Examiners beware, there may be bones! Also construct a bird feeder and record its activity. Hit the water and participate in our harbor pontoon boat research trip to the Back Bay and find 25 different species of wildlife on a scavenger hunt.
This session runs from 1pm to 4pm on Saturday, February 15th, 22nd & March 1st.
