This hands-on workshop will teach and test builder skills with fun and wacky challenges. Projects include a stress and strain lab, egg drop challenge, tower build, and more! Demos include: hydraulic press, DIY wind tunnel and mini-AC unit. Engineering is all around us and is involved in virtually every product, structure, item that we can put our hands on or see. Dive in deeper with our staff to explore how products and items are developed and created. Learn engineering concepts such as project management, energy conversion, transportation logistics and the Engineers' Code of Ethics. Builders unite!

These sessions run Mon - Fri from 10:30am to 12:30pm during Newport Sea Base Summer Camp.
