Dissect an owl pellet, bird watch tour on a harbor boat exploring scenic Newport Bay, conduct an oil spill clean up experiment, and much more in this engaging, hands on study learning about the Earth's environment and how to protect it. Tour the Newport Sea Base Aquarium and learn how to be an aquarist taking care of the variety of fish tanks on site and have the opportunity to feed the animals and plants. Get hands on with our live hermit crabs and learn all about their tank and overall care. Complete all requirements to receive this Eagle required merit badge.
