ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE MERIT BADGE
Dissect an owl pellet, bird watch tour on the pontoon boat, conduct an oil spill clean up experiment, and much more in this engaging, hands on study learning about how the Earth's environment and how to protect it.
Also enjoy a naturalist-led, in-depth tour to the Back Bay Science Center where you will get hands on with sting ray, shark, and anemone tanks. Explore the NEW Sea Base Aquarium and Hermit Crab exhibit! Complete all requirements to receive this Eagle required merit badge.
These sessions run Mon - Fri during the Newport Sea Base Summer Camp.
