Meridian Twilight Cub Scout Camp 2026
It's time to registered for this year’s Meridian Cub Scout twilight Camp and be prepared to have fun! Camp is taking place June 15th-18th from 4pm-8pm at the Little Hills Ranch: 18013 Bollinger Canyon Rd, San Ramon, CA.
This years theme is Invention Convention. Don’t miss out on an amazing fun filled week where Cub Scouts are expected to be able to play and participate in:
- Valuable Cub Scout Skills/Crafts
- Archery*
- STEM Experiences
- Wood projects
- Water activities*
- Field Games
Camp is open to all Cub Scouts entering the 1st – 5th Grade in Fall 2025. If your child is not currently a Cub Scout, they can still attend!
Please note: The Council places the safety and well-being of our Scouts, parents, campers and volunteers at the forefront. Twilight Camp will only go forward if it is safe and in compliance with local, state and Scouting America directives. The ability to proceed with camp depends on having a sufficient number of volunteers to ensure the proper supervision of campers as well as a sufficient minimum number of participants.

Campers
- Monday -Thursday:
- Drop Off: 4:00 - 4:15 p.m.
- Camp Program: 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.
- Pick Up: 7:45 - 8:00 p.m.
Adult Volunteer Staff:
Monday: 2:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
Tuesday - Thursday: 3:45 p.m to 8:15 p.m
Youth Volunteer Staff:
Monday - Thursday: 2:00 p.m to 8:15 p.m
REGISTRATION FEES/COST
Registration includes all activities and materials, camp T-shirt*, and patch.

Cub Scouts
- Regular Price $130
- If a parent volunteers for at least 3 out of 4 evenings, price for their cub will be $65
Youth Staff & Adults
- Youth Staff (Scouts BSA): Price $25
- Adults: Free
Registration Tips
Rank and Grade your scout WILL BE in August 2026
- Tiger 1st Grade, ***Please note that Tiger’s (Scouts in 1st grade in August) must be accompanied full time by their parent/guardian. This is a Scouting America requirement.
- Wolf: 2nd Grade
- Bear: 3rd Grade
- Webelos: 4th Grade
- Arrow of Light (AoL): 5th Grade
FORMS AND VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Cub Scouts
- All Cub forms are included in the Cub Scout Forms Packet, including where and when to turn in the forms.
- Your Pack Coordinator will collect your forms at least 2 weeks before camp. Campers will NOT be able to attend camp if the forms are not turned in.
Adult Staff Volunteers
- Twilight Camp is 100% volunteer run. Adult and Youth volunteers are needed to make this a great camp for all!
- Note: For registration, the term "Adult Staff ", "Adult Leader", and "Adult Volunteer" are the same.
- Adults may help as:
- Unit leaders (escort and help Cub Scouts at various stations)
- Activity station leaders (Teach Cubs how to complete projects and/or perform activities)
- Activity and other camp prep work before camp starts
- Adult Volunteer Requirements. Being an Adult Volunteer is a fun and rewarding experience. But there are some requirements to ensure the safety of all Twilight Camp Participants:
- Scouting America Registered Volunteers... WE NEED YOU!!!!
- Current Safeguard Youth Training (SYT) Certification for all Adults. If you are not currently a registered scout leader, you’ll need to send a copy of your SYT certificate. Training is online
*You will need to be logged into my.scouting.org. Once logged in, you will be presented an option to take Safeguarding Youth Training*
- Orientation – To help make this a safe, fun and memorable event for the Cubs, we will provide zoom and in-person trainings. Training dates and times to be announced.
- Read and sign acknowledgement of Unit Leaders Guide.
- Adult Volunteer Forms
- All Adult forms are included in the Adult Leader Forms Packet, including where and when to turn in the forms. The link to the form packet is on the right side of the screen under attachments.
Youth Staff
- For Youth Staff 6th-12th grade: you must be a registered youth in Scouting America. We especially need older scouts to help lead (14YO and older). If you’re registered as a Scout BSA Scout, Sea Scout, Venture Scout or Explorer Scout you will not need to fill out a youth application.
- Training Session – To help make this a safe, fun and memorable event for the Cubs, all Youth Staff must attend Training (dates and times to be announced)

Do not mail or drop forms off at the council office. They get lost and you’ll have to complete them again.
TAGs (Tag Alongs/Younger Siblings)
- Must be at least 3 years old and potty trained. Parents who are volunteering as a Den Walker, they may keep their TAGs with them.
