The Legend of Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox: Sky Islands District Camporee

Cost:
- Before Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM: $20 per person
- After Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM & all walk-ins: $25 per person

Units will be camping in the campsite of their choice (first come- first serve) and will cook their own meals. We may have a dutch oven dessert competition so be prepared. There are many event stations that offer fun and honing a scouts woodsman skills. The end result will be scouts earning the "AXE AWARD." Saturday evening will feature a special campfire program and skits, stories, and song. This will be hosted by the Papago Lodge Jaguar Chapter of the Order of the Arrow.

Adult participants will also partake of a few "WOODSY" events, such as an hatchet throwing competition and archery. 

To streamline the process, we ask each unit to designate one person to handle registrations. Once registration is complete, a parent portal can be set up to register all participants within the unit.
