Inductions in the Order of the Arrow are at the heart of our Brotherhood. The Induction adventure begins with the election of a Scout by the members of their unit, continues with the Ordeal, and ends when an Arrowman becomes a Brotherhood member.

The experiences and ceremonies that accompany the Induction process are grounded in the purpose and mission of the Order of the Arrow and are designed to support and enhance the mission of the Boy Scouts of America.

Check-in starting at 6 -8 pm on Friday, October 16 in the dining hall at Camp Maubila.  check out is sunday at 10 am
