National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT)  Providing Scouts with invaluable leadership skills and the experience they need to become leaders in their home troops and in other situations demanding leadership of self and others. Must have completed "ILS" ( Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops).  Must be 13 years of age and be First Class rank before attending.
