The third Tuesday of each month the Seneca Waterways Council holds a "Council Coordinated Committee Meeting" for the Council and District Committees.

Each meeting starts with an opening and 30 minutes of updates on camping, program, membership, and fundraising efforts of the Council. 

Vice Presidents of the Council Board, Scouts Executive/CEO, Director of Field Service and the occasional guest speaker.

Council and District Committees then breakout into their groups to share updates.  Committees that hold meetings are:

Advancement

Training 

Historical Society

Religious Emblems 

Activities and Civic Service

Camping Operations Committee

Membership Growth Committee

Volunteer Scout Leaders involved with the Council and District committees are encouraged to attend these monthly meetings.

Meetings will be blended with an in person meeting at the Seneca Waterways Office and a Zoom option will be made available for those that request it.
