Online Chapter Meetings – Schedule, Links, & Expectations

To improve participation and communication across the district, we will begin holding regular online chapter meetings. These meetings are open to all chapter members and are a great way to stay connected, informed, and involved.

Troop OA Representatives are expected to attend these chapter meetings whenever possible. All members are welcome to attend.
Your role as a unit representative is critical in:

• Sharing chapter updates with your troop
• Bringing unit questions or concerns to the chapter
• Strengthening the connection between units and the Order

Sunday, February 8 – Brotherhood in Action

Primary Focus: Fellowship & Inclusion
Program Emphasis: Unit visits, lodge event preparation, and re-engaging Arrowmen

This meeting will focus on reconnecting as a chapter, strengthening fellowship, and preparing to better support our units during election season.

Sunday, March 8 – Lead the Way

Primary Focus: Leadership Development
Program Emphasis: Training, leadership skills, and ceremonies practice

This meeting will emphasize developing youth leadership within the chapter and building confidence in our ceremonial and leadership roles.

Program Emphasis: Camp and council service planning

Our April meeting will focus on cheerful service, planning meaningful service opportunities, and aligning chapter efforts with council and camp needs.

Meeting agendas will be shared in advance to active lodge members via the Lodgemaster messaging system. We strongly encourage youth members to attend — chapter meetings are where ideas turn into action!
