The 40th Annual Piedmont-Appalachian College of Commissioner Science (PACCS) will be held at beautiful Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC on June 6 - 8, 2025. PACCS is one of the premier sources for Commissioner training in the nation. Please encourage all Commissioners as well as any other registered Scouters to attend. The training is applicable to all and should result in increased volunteers in the Commissioner Corps.
