STOP THE BLEED
Presented by: Elizabeth Price
A bleeding injury can happen anywhere. We've all seen it happen too often—on the news or in everyday life. Life-threatening bleeding can happen in people injured in serious accidents or disasters. Instead of being a witness, you can become an immediate responder because you know how to STOP THE BLEED®.
TRACK 2 - CUB LEADER SPECIFIC TRAINING
Cub Scout Leader Position-Specific Training has been developed to give new leaders the knowledge and skills, as well as to generate the enthusiasm, that they need to be successful. The course is designed to provide Cub Scout leaders with the basic information they need to successfully carry out the duties of their position. The course is intended to be conducted in a group setting with space available to break out the group into the different leader positions.
TRACK 3 - SCOUTS BSA LEADER SPECIFIC TRAINING
How effectively the Boy Scouts of America influences the lives of youth depends on its leaders and their ability to apply the aims and methods of Scouting—these are the keys. Developing the ability to use these keys is what these courses are all about.
FOR TRACKS 2 & 3: Please complete Hazardous Weather Training, available online at https://my.scouting.org. All “direct contact” leaders are required to take BSA’s Hazardous Weather Training to be considered fully trained in their position.
