Merit Badge Opportunity in the Community:

On May 11, 2024, Colliers Engineering & Design and the Society of American Military Engineers – Philadelphia Post will sponsor a Survey Merit Badge Day (rain date is May 18). The Surveying Merit Badge is one of the original 57 badges dating back to 1911. Scouts interested in participating must be in 8th grade or above and must pre-register. The event will begin at 8 AM at 2000 Midlantic Drive, Suite 100, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. There is limited space and priority will be given in a first come first serve manor. 

In order to pre-register please contact Robert W. Telschow Jr. (robert.telschow@colliersengineering.com). Make sure all emails have a legal guardian copied; emails directly from Scouts that do not have their guardian copied will not receive a response.

This is not a Garden State Council event; however, Mr. Telschow is a Council-approved merit badge counselor.
