Camp Staff Paperwork Please see below for an exhaustive list for all paperwork that is required to be onboarded as Camp Staff.

This can be submitted at the Staff Weekend or via email before camp. Please do not email medical forms.

• Staff Application (if not already submitted) Page 4 (code of conduct) must be submitted for all staff.
• BSA Adult Application for all staff 18 and older 
• BSA Youth Application for all staff under 18
• BSA Health Form (A-C) 
  • Part C is required, so please get your physicals before camp!
  • Copy of Insurance card
• Drug test consent form
• Camp Staff Agreements will need to be discussed and turned in ASAP

  • I-9 https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-9-paper-version.pdf (Only if not deferring paycheck)
• Trainings that will be needed:
  • Youth Protection Training – can be found at https://my.scouting.org/ (Must be taken every two years)
  • Weather Hazard Training – can be found at https://my.scouting.org/
  • Workplace Harassment Prevention for Employees – link to training is HERE (Must be taken annually) (Training ID is 551502).
• Trainings that will be covered: Understanding and Preventing Youth-on-Youth Abuse training for Camp Staff – syllabus found at https://www.scouting.org/training/youth-protection/ (Must be taken annually).This can only be taken in person, and the first offering is at University of Scouting.
  • Two other guaranteed dates are Camp Staff Development Weekend and during Staff Week. Other dates will be released!
• First Aid/CPR – This will be covered during Staff Week, but comparable trainings can be turned in prior to staff week for a pay bump!
