The Longhorn Council Membership Committee meeting gathers Unit and District Key 3s, New Member Coordinators, District Membership Committee members, and Council Membership Committee members to align efforts on how to grow membership in the Longhorn Council. Attendees share best practices, review progress toward goals, and collaborate on strategies to recruit and retain families, and to find new ways to introduce non-members to the Scouting. These meetings are a platform for exchanging ideas, addressing challenges, and fostering connections across all levels of Scouting.
