Join us at the Philmont Training Center in 2026, as we collaborate to learn new techniques and practices to Grow the Program!  Your faculty consisting of members of the National Membership Committee will work with you to develop new and innovative plans and practices to grow Scouting by developing a Culture of Growth in your Unit, District, Council, or Territory.  This program is intended for anyone involved in membership growth at any level, from the unit to the CST.  Themes that will be discussed include:

• National strategic growth initiatives
• Reaching today’s youth and their families
• Market analysis and marketing support
• Council membership planning

In this conference, we will share successful strategies from across the country and the world, and offer you an opportunity to collaborate in exploring the “why” and “how” of a wealth of growth ideas, all while enjoying the beauty and majesty of Philmont and the Sangre de Christo Mountains of New Mexico.  We believe that a well-trained, motivated team of professionals and volunteers can bring our membership back to its former glory, delivering the best leadership and character development to youth of all ages.
