Voyageur District Committee & Commissioners Meetings take place the 1st Thursday of every month (except July) at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Howard. The combined meeting lasts 60-75 minutes. All units are invited to send a representative, and the meetings are open to all registered Scouters in Voyageur District.
