Conclave Activities
Training Sessions

Our training this year will focus on elections, inductions, and activation rate.  Join us to learn more and help improve your lodge!

Open Activities

The afternoon of Conclave will feature slackline, ga-ga ball, shooting sports, lodge capture the flag, and more! Register early to secure your spot!

Hodag

Saturday night will cap off with a Hodag! A time of fun and excitement with games, food, music, and fellowship.

Special Events
Patch Auction

Some highly collectible, limited edition patches will be available for auction in the dining hall on Saturday evening after dinner. Watch or join in the bidding of very cool and unique patches. Youth and adults will have separate patch auctions.

Very Important Arrowmen Luncheon

This is an opportunity for each Lodge Chief and two newer Arrowmen from each Lodge to enjoy a special lunch meal and meet some other outstanding youth leaders in the OA.  This meal is by invitation only.
