The Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) meeting brings together lodge youth officers and advisers to plan, coordinate, and lead the operations of the lodge. During the meeting, members review upcoming events, discuss lodge reports, set goals, and make decisions that support the lodge’s mission of service, leadership development, and program excellence.

The LEC serves as the primary decision-making and planning body of the lodge, ensuring clear communication, strong youth leadership, and alignment with the values of the Order of the Arrow and Scouting America.
