GAC: Summer Camp (Denali High Adventure Scout Base 2014)
Event Details
Names of participants is optional until March 15.
After March 15 we will need participant names entered into the reservation system.
Important Camp Dates
Registration opens with Early Fees; 10% Deposit Required December 15, 2013
1st Half of payment due and Early Fees end. Payment must be made to keep Early Fee Price. February 28, 2014
Regular Fees begin March 1, 2014
FOS Deadline for Camp discount April 15, 2014
Balance due and Regular Fees end April 30, 2014
Late Fees begin May 1, 2014
NOTE: Registrations for camp for those units wanting the individual parents to pay versus the unit handling all registrations.
- Unit creates a "master" registration for the unit listing all those that will be attending.
- Unit sends link to all participants that is used to pay the fee from by those individuals
- Individuals/Parents zero out all money due expect the portion they are paying
- Make a payment online for their portion, once zero out is completed
- All registrations will stay combined as a single unit.
