Blue Mt. Council JOTA activities will be held on Oct. 21, 2023 at the Council Office In Kennewick
from 8 AM until 5 PM. There will be displays, opportunities to talk to Scouts from other states
and maybe other countries. There will be activities that will incorporate some of the
requirements for The Radio Merit badge, and the Girl Scout Radio badge. Ask questions about
Amateur ( Ham ) Radio and have a fun time. License information will be available. Come a
spend a hour or the whole day, come as a unit or come with your parents. This event is open to
all youth of all ages and you do not have to be in Scouting. There will be a limited number of
JOTA patches for sale. Enter on the back side of the Building. There is no fee for this event
unless you want a Patch.
