A gathering where the District Commissioner, along with Assistant District Commissioners, Roundtable Commissioners, and Unit Commissioners, convene to discuss the overall health of Scouting units within Dogwood District, review unit service plans, identify areas for improvement, and coordinate efforts to support unit leaders in delivering quality Scouting programs to youth members.
