An Order of the Arrow Lodge monthly officer meeting refers to a regular gathering of the elected leadership within a local Order of the Arrow lodge, where they discuss and plan activities, service projects, upcoming events, and overall lodge operations, typically held once a month.

Purpose: To coordinate lodge activities, review progress on goals, address concerns, and delegate tasks among the officers. 

Attendees: Lodge and Chapter Officer and Advisor attendance is mandatory. All other members are encouraged to attend.

  • Membership recruitment and development 
  • Communication with other lodges and the council 

Leadership role:
