Join us for a day of hands-on learning designed to strengthen your Cub Scout pack leadership and set your program up for success!

Cubmaster Specific Training (9:30am - 11:30am) teaches leaders how to effectively run a successful Cub Scout pack. Topics include planning engaging pack meetings, supporting den leaders, leading ceremonies, and delivering a fun, family-focused program. This course fulfills the C40 requirement. 

Pack Committee Challenge (12:00pm - 2:00pm) highlights the important role of the pack committee in supporting the program through planning, organization, and administration. Participants will learn about finances, advancement tracking, fundraising, and event coordination. This course fulfills the C60 requirement.

Whether you're new to Cub Scouts or looking to sharpen your skills, this training will help you create an engaging and well-organized experience for Scouts and their families.
