January 2026:

We have two evenings to work together and help each other out!  In addition, both districts are committed to increasing the number of fully trained leaders by focusing on Hazardous Weather Training during the month of January.  Please encourage ALL leaders from your units to take advantage of these opportunities!

 

When: January 8th from 6:30-7:30pm

Where:  North Way Christian Community Church, 300 Brighton Ave, Rochester, PA  15074.

Who:  ALL unit leaders

What:  Hazardous Weather Training - Bring your own laptop, tablet, or phone and we will assist you in logging onto the training platform at my.scouting.org and accessing the training modules that are required.

 

When:  January 15 from 6:30-8:00pm

Where:  St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, 987 Beaver Grade Rd, Moon Twp, PA  15108.

Who:  ALL unit leaders

What:  Roundtable Combined for Beaver Valley and Frontier Districts

Opening Joint Session:  Upcoming Calendar Events

Breakout Session 1:  Hazardous Weather Training - bring your own laptop, tablet, or phone and we will assist you in logging onto the training platform at my.scouting.org and accessing the training modules that are required.

Breakout Session 2:  Actual Roundtable Discussion (open forum) among ALL unit leaders to kick off an ongoing conversation on how to bring new and exciting programming to the scouts in our units and our combined districts!  There will also be time set asside to answer questions about the distirct merger.

Future Roundtable Meetings

ALL Roundtables will be held at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church.  Each Roundtable will have a breakout session for adults to receive support to access training modules, AND each will have additional breakout sessions as determined during the January Roundtable discussion.
