Agenda requests, including Eagle project approvals and Eagle Boards of Reviews, are due no later than seven days prior to the meeting.  They should be sent to the Chair of the Lackawanna Advancement Committee via email to:  tomstrong@gmail.com

The business meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.  Project approvals and Eagle BORs start at 7:30 p.m.

Most months: Third Sunday of the month.  The meeting will be moved one week prior or one week later due to holidays.  The calendar is included in the monthly agenda.  The LHC calendar will also be updated to move meetings for specific months.
