It will be at a pavilion at the Park, not at the American Legion Hall.  Drive past the Hall, to the flagpole and turn right.  pavilion will be on the left, maybe 50 yards.

Please join us for the Chief Logan Scouting Year Kick-Off at Legion Park!  Hot dogs and corn on the cob will be provided, but please bring a dish or beverage to share!
