Summer Camp Staff Interviews

Interested in working on camp staff? Interviews are held annually and provide an opportunity to learn more about camp staff roles and participate in an informal interview.
Application
All individuals must complete a camp staff application prior to participating in open interviews.

Interview Details
- When: First Saturday morning in February
- Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Pacific Time)
- Format: Online via Zoom
Interview Link: The Zoom link will be posted on this page prior to the interview window.
Open interviews are available to all applicants unless different instructions have been provided by a Camp Director. Participants may join at any point during the interview window. Interviews are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. No advance sign-up is required.
What to Expect
- A brief, informal interview with camp leadership
- An overview of camp staff roles and expectations
- Time to ask questions about working at camp
What to Wear
If you have a Scout uniform, you are welcome to wear it. Otherwise, business casual attire is appropriate. This is an informal interview - dress comfortably and professionally.
Unable to Attend?
Applicants who are unable to attend the open interview window will remain under consideration and may be contacted later as positions remain available.
