Camp Baldwin

Interested in working on camp staff? Interviews are held annually and provide an opportunity to learn more about camp staff roles and participate in an informal interview.

All individuals must complete a camp staff application prior to participating in open interviews.

Interview Details

  • When: First Saturday morning in February
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Pacific Time)
  • Format: Online via Zoom

Join a live Zoom interview with the camp of your choice using the links below. Interview rooms will be open from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, and you can stop by anytime during that window.

What to Wear

If you have a Scout uniform, you are welcome to wear it. Otherwise, business casual attire is appropriate. This is an informal interview - dress comfortably and professionally.

Unable to Attend?

Applicants who are unable to attend the open interview window will remain under consideration and may be contacted later as positions remain available.
