1) Payment Deadline Extended to March 15

The upcoming camp payment deadline has been extended from March 1 to March 15 to provide units additional flexibility as we implement the updated payment options. 

The final payment date is May 1 when the full balance is due.

2) Payment Processing Update

Beginning Friday February 20, credit and debit card payments will include a 3% convenience fee charged by our payment processor.

Starting March 15, you will be able to pay via eCheck (ACH) directly from a bank account with no convenience fee.

To avoid the 3% credit card fee, we recommend waiting until March 15 to make your payment via the new eCheck option or using a paper check. There is no penalty for waiting until this date.

As part of our ongoing effort to keep summer camp costs as low as possible, and to ensure more resources go directly toward youth programs and not spent on processing fees, we strongly recommend using the eCheck ACH or paper check options whenever possible.

A physical check may be mailed in or dropped off at the Beaverton Office at any time with no fee as well.
