Council Annual Business Meeting

Mark your calendar for our Council Annual Business Meeting scheduled for Noon on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
The Annual Meeting of the local council shall be for the purpose of:
- Receiving annual reports of the Council Board, officers, and various committees
- Electing Members at Large, Chairman’s Cabinet and Honorary Members of the local council, Local Council Representatives to the National Council, and regular members of the Council Board
- Receiving and approving financial statements showing the financial position of the council as of the close of its most recent complete fiscal year and the results of operations during such year, and
- Transacting such other business as may come before the meeting.
Those eligible to vote at the annual meeting are all registered Chartered Organization Representatives and registered, duly elected Council Members-at-Large, including current Board members and District Chairpersons.
Suggested nominees may be offered by registered local council Scouters. Please submit nominees in writing: c/o Nominating / Leadership Development Chair Ben Berry, Cascade Pacific Council, 9700 SW Nimbus Ave, Beaverton, OR 97008, prior to May 15, 2025.
Any items to be considered on the Agenda of the annual meeting must be submitted in writing to the Council Board Chair, Andrew Danner, in care of the council office, prior to May 15, 2025.
