The College of Youth Leadership (CYL) is youth-led leadership training developed and presented by the Wauna La-Mon’tay Lodge. CYL is open to all registered Troop-aged Scouts who want to enhance their leadership skills, share ideas, and enjoy a day of fellowship with other Scouts from around the council. The courses are taught by lodge members in two tracks, Introductory and Advanced, using games and interactive presentations.
