The Council Training Committee meets regularly to ensure that adult leaders have access to the training and resources needed to deliver a safe, high-quality Scouting program. The committee focuses on providing timely and accessible training opportunities for unit leaders, supporting leader development, and promoting continuous learning throughout the council. A key priority is achieving and maintaining 100% Safeguarding Youth Training compliance, helping to ensure every registered adult understands and follows Scouting America's youth protection policies. The committee also monitors training completion rates, identifies training needs, and develops strategies to strengthen leadership effectiveness across all units.
