The Council Membership Committee meets monthly to support and strengthen membership growth across the council. The committee focuses on assisting units in order to recruit new youth and establishing new units across the council, while also promoting strategies that improve member retention and unit sustainability. Through collaboration with districts, volunteers, and community partners, the committee reviews membership trends, shares best practices, develops growth initiatives, and monitors progress toward council membership goals to ensure more youth have access to the Scouting program.
