Council-wide Activities Planning Meeting March 30, 2026 6:00P - 8:30P

LaGrange Hospital - Dixon Room 5101 Willow Springs Rd LaGrange, IL

Event, Activity, Training, Advancement, etc. leaders from the entire council come together for a collaborative Council Activities Planning Meeting to review key program dates, compare highlighted signature events, and work to reduce scheduling conflicts to better support unit participation. This session provides a shared space for districts to develop a cohesive activity outlook that strenghtens the overall Scouting experience and promotes unity througout the council. 

All are welcome to join the planning session - especially those interested in playing an active role in shaping and delivering outstanding Scouting adventures for every youth in our communities.
