SAVE THE DATE! NRA Basic Instructor Training (BIT)/Basics of Shotgun Shooting/Basic Shotgun Instructor August 21,22,23 2026 

Class Details:

• ALL Classes have a Minimum of 4 Students and a Maximum of 12 Students

• ALL Students MUST be registered as Scouting America Adult Members and be Age 21 or older.

• BIT Must be taken if over 24 months since last completing BIT – Record of previous completion required. • Fee includes Food and Lodging for the Weekend at Camp Manatoc

• Fee includes all NRA Materials and Books Required

• $50 Non-Refundable Deposit required at Sign Up (deposit will be refunded only if class does not have minimum number of 4 students by registration deadline date)

• All Newly Acquired Certifications will require Activation with the NRA which is NOT included in the Course Fee • NRA Membership is NOT Required but is Strongly Suggested Class Schedules:

• BIT – Friday 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Required ONLY if over 24 months since last BIT Completion) • Discipline Specific Basic – Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Discipline Specific Instructor – Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
