Each unit must have two key leaders attend:
- The Unit Popcorn Kernel (required)
- One additional key leader, such as:
- Cubmaster
- Scoutmaster
- Committee Chair
- Chartered Organization Representative
- Other highly involved unit volunteer
A successful popcorn sale requires support from more than just the Popcorn Kernel. By having two key leaders participate, units will be better prepared to develop a sales plan, engage families, and maximize their fundraising efforts.

Attendance Incentive
Units that have both the Popcorn Kernel and an approved second key leader attend one of the webinars will receive an additional 3% commission on their 2026 popcorn sale.
