Annual planning session for District Committee Chairs, event representatives, and key 3 members. Session goals are to confirm the published SHD Program Guide for the following year (2026-2027) and to identify committee/sub-committee staffing needs. Projections for the following two years (2027-2029) will be proposed. Please come with plans, ideas, and prefred dates. Inform district Key3 with your proposals by June 28 if unable to attend. The committee will provide Occoneechee's Council calander for the next three years. Additional continuation of this meeting may cary-over unto 18 July as needed.
