Every Scout deserves a Trained Leader!

The Fundamentals of Training is designed to help Scouters, regardless of their experience, present effective training.  It will provide a great start for new trainers, show the BSA's training techniques tothose who might have trained for other organizations, and help freshen up the skills of current BSA trainers.

Who Should Attend'

• Unit Leaders who would like to give back and train other leaders
• Existing Trainers, both youth and adult, currently serving on district and council training teams.
