August course runs from August 7, 2016 at 8am through August 13, 2016 at 11:00am.

What is NYLT?

The purpose of NYLT is to provide training to youth members of Boy Scout Troops and Venturing Crews so that they can become the best leaders in their home unit. This year, the Patriots' Path Council will conduct three courses, one at the end of June, one in early August and new for 2016 the weekends of November 11-13 & 18-20, 2016. (both weekends required)

Who may attend NYLT?

A registered Boy Scout who is 13 years of age or completed the 7th grade, but not older than 18 years of age that has obtained First Class.

or

A registered Venturer who is 14 years of age or completed the 8th grade, but not older than 21 years of age.

Cost:

Early Bird Fee: Register by June 1, 2016 and pay $270.00
Regular Registration Fee from June 2, 2016 until July 9, 2016 and pay $285.00
Late Fee Registration as of July 10, 2016 and pay $315.00

Please note that there is a required pre-course conference for parents/guardians, Scoutmasters, Advisors and participants.  If your child is attending the August NYLT course then you may attend either session. Dates: June 12, 2016 and July 24, 2016 from 7pm-9pm.  Location is yet to be determined.  All regsitered Scouts will receive an email with the updated location.
