We invite you to our monthly roundtable for an interactive discussion and knowledge sharing.

This month’s topic: Eagle Updates and AOL Transition

All registered adults are welcome to attend roundtable as well as interested parents!

Information and Q& A on creating a strong pathway for Scouts from their earliest days in Cub Scouting through the achievement of Eagle Scout. We'll explore how units can intentionally build connections between younger and older Scouts, creating mentorship opportunities that strengthen retention, engagement, and advancement.

Joing us for a crash course on Eagle 101, covering everything from timeslines, propsoals and everything to reach the rank od Eagle Scout. Other topics will include successful Arrow of Light to Scouts BSA transitions, fostering relationships between packs and troops, youth-led mentoring, leadership development, and strategies for creating a culture where Scouts inspire and support one another. We'll discuss how involving older Scouts in pack activities and Arrow of Light programs can help younger Scouts envision their future in Scouting and build excitement for the next step in their journey.

Bring your questions, ideas, and success stories as we explore ways to strengthen the connection between Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA, creating a seamless pipeline of growth, leadership, and achievement.
