This month’s topic: Parental Engagement & Unit Building

All registered adults are welcome to attend roundtable as well as interested parents!

Join us for a discussion on creating a strong unit identity and building a foundation for long-term success. We'll explore strategies for developing a positive troop or pack culture, strengthening youth and family engagement, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages growth and retention.

Topics will include building a distinct unit identity, strategies for strengthening troops and packs, maximizing parental engagement, and instituting effective structures and processes that support sustainable leadership, program delivery, and volunteer success. Come learn practical ideas and best practices to help your unit grow, thrive, and deliver an exceptional Scouting experience.

We're excited to launch our new Roundtable Help Desk! If you're experiencing challenges with your unit or any other Scouting-related topic, please arrive 30 minutes before the meeting to meet with our team. We'll be available to answer questions, provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and connect you with resources to help your unit succeed.
