Calling all Scouts! We're offering the Snow Sports Merit Badge Workshop Saturday, January 14th from 2-4pm at Backwoods.



Mt. Crescent Ski Patrollers Bob and Laura will be leading the workshop covering trail signs and symbols, the responsibility code for skiers/ riders, ski/board waxing/ maintenance, first aid refresher, a trivia session for small prizes (be sure to complete your workbook before coming!), and more!



Scouts will need to schedule a private/semi-private lesson or enroll in the Development Program at Mt. Crescent Ski Area or another area to complete skiing/ riding merit badge requirements. Call Mt. Crescent for current rates- ask for the scout discount rate since you are taking the merit badge workshop.



This workshop will focus on Snow Sports as a whole- including skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing related topics.



Bring your Blue Application cards for us to sign off on following the workshop.
