Attendance Guidelines:

• Highly Encouraged: All Scout BSA parents and guardians
• Required: All Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, Committee Chairs, and Unit Commissioners

We want to start the school year off on the right foot! The best way to do that is to get everyone on the same page.

This meeting is an exciting, information-packed hour covering "all things" Scouts BSA! We will discuss:

• The District Activity Calendar: Review all upcoming events from Fall 2026 through Spring 2027.
• Troop Communication: Learn how we share updates and keep families connected.
• Membership & Recruiting: Discover how we are growing our troop and welcoming new youth.
• Bonus: Names will be drawn, and exciting prizes will be given away to those in attendance!
