1.  Go door-to-door to door by using provided door hangers (March 22nd) then return (starting at 8am on March 29th) to pick up the bags full of donations.

• Door hangers will be available to your unit to canvas your selected neighborhoods. 
  • You can pick them up at the Scout Office or from your District Executive in March. Once they are printed, we will notify everyone when available
• Please let your District Executive know which area(s) your unit would like to select.  We want to ensure maximum coverage and no overlapping.  We will place all the areas on a google map for coverage.
• Record and report your volunteer time on Scoutbook Plus. Click HERE for information.

2.  Drop off your donations

• BSA Ozark Trails Council (1616 S. Eastgate Ave.) March 21st through March 29th.
  • Main Collection is Saturday, March 29th from 8am-2pm at the Council Service Center.
• Ozarks Food Harvest (2810 N. Cedarbrook Ave.) Donation drop off is at west end of building, directly off Packer Road. Donations are accepted Monday – Thursday 8 am to 4 pm or Friday from 8 am to 12 pm.
• Use our AGENCY FINDER or request a list of closest food pantries near you
  • If you are outside of the Springfield area, please select the food pantry closest to your unit.
