The purpose of the NESA Eagle Project Review and Eagle Board of Review is to support Scouts on their final steps toward achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. This meeting provides an opportunity to review Eagle Scout service projects for completion, impact, and adherence to Scouting America requirements, as well as to conduct Eagle Boards of Reviews in a positive, encouraging, and standards-based environment.

Through the leadership of members of the National Eagle Scout Association (NESA), and the Advancement Committee, this process ensures consistency, fairness, and mentorship while celebrating the accomplishments, leadership, and service demonstrated by each Eagle Scout candidate.
