We are holding a major Service Day in November. This service day will be hosted by the Quinipissa Lodge and is open to all Arrowmen, and everyone in your unit.  We would like you to join us on Saturday, November 14th from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM as we participate in a couple of Beautification Projects at Camp Avondale.

All adults and youth attending must have a current Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A & B.  This is necessary to document the current health status and medications, if any, that the Scout or Scouter is taking.   This form should remain with the Scout or Scouter.
